30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Free Returns

We offer free returns for eligible returns.

Please contact us before sending an item back so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items should, where applicable:

Be in their original condition
Be unused where appropriate
Include original packaging and accessories where applicable
Not have unnecessary damage or wear

Customers may inspect goods as they reasonably would in a shop. Where permitted by law, a deduction may apply if goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the applicable refund.

Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.

Where statutory cancellation rights apply, refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Statutory Cancellation Rights

For qualifying online purchases, UK consumers generally have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods.

This statutory right is separate from our additional 30-day returns policy.

Non-Returnable Items
